The end of Lance Russell’s original tenure in Memphis before going to NWA/WCW. He would be introduced by Jim Ross on NWA World Wide Wrestling on March 11, and would also be seen on NWA Pro Wrestling within days of the airing of this Evansville show. Lance would return to the USWA in a few years. Eddie Marlin describes the Renegades Superstar Challenge, including a Jeff Jarrett VTR about his toughest in-ring experience (check my March 8, 1986 CWA upload to see the whole thing). Action begins with the Stud Stable (Robert Fuller/Jimmy Golden) vs. Scott Steiner (aka Big Poppa Pump)/Jed Grundy for the CWA Tag Titles. Next is a VTR with Robert Fuller about his toughest match. Fuller then comes out and berates his brother, Ron Fuller.
