I realise that due to the rumours that circulated a month or two back surrounding us and certain parties interests in EVE, that I (Dann) am likely breaking the links on the circuit board by publishing this considering recent events and who it’s clearly targeted at, but that’s okay – because screw anybody who has a problem with this.
On March 20, 2016 EVE promoted the first ever all female show to take place in London after women’s pro wrestling was banned for over 50 years in the UK capital. This wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the continued fight and battles of Emily, who back in 2012, 3 years into Pro-Wrestling:EVE and just 8 days after our second live iPPV, was admitted into a mental health facility… Whilst Emily left the facility after an extended period of time, several months later she attempted to take her life (almost successfully) that lead to her again being admitted into hospital and bringing the curtain down for a period of time on Pro-Wrestling:EVE events.
Emily was worried this was forever and blamed herself whilst her suffering continued – but she still continued the bravest of fights.
When EVE returned on March 20 in London, Emily (for the very first time) was ring announcing, and just before the evenings co-main event spoke to the audience briefly about that period of time.
We never released this because we didn’t want people thinking that we were trying to get publicity or whatever off the back of something so serious when that’s not the case at all, but right now after everything that’s gone on recently involving the biggest company in the world, I realise that those who would think that – they’re part of the problem, and there’s literally nothing I could do to change that ignorant mindset and I shouldn’t hold this back because of it.
Emily doesn’t pretend this period of life didn’t happen, she is in no way ashamed of it nor should she or any person be. The stigma of mental health that exists and those who try to shame those who suffer from mental health problems should be fought like the monsters that they are.
Here is a brief insight into that period of time and then after that is the recent highlight reel I made that shows what has been achieved with EVE because she fought the brave fight.
If you are someone that is suffering from mental health issues, please don’t feel that you’re alone, that you’re less than anyone, do not feel ashamed and above all please know there are people out there for you – that want you to come to them.

And hey, we’re here too, okay at facebook.com/EVEwrestling.
Oh and I had no idea she was going to do this, if you hear a guy crying – that’s a very proud husband you’re hearing.
