PHILADELPHIA, PA: High Tension Wrestling comes to Philadelphia March 18 for “Spring Breakdown ‘93,” hosted by Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 at 1301 S Christopher Columbus Boulevard in South Philadelphia. Doors open at 3:30 p.m. for pre-show, with the main card at 4 p.m.

High Tension is throwing a beach party and you’re invited! 10 action packed matches, including Syracuse’s Mike Skyros defending the HTW TV championship against Philadelphia’s Edith Surreal. Philadelphia’s own Campeonatos de Ranas tag team champions The Outfielders (Weber Hatfield, Shea McCoy) defend against Ethan Wilde, LLC.

Also featuring: Pro Wrestling Illustrated #500 Big Dust vs. PWI’s #499 Stan Stylez; Jet Jaghori vs. Tommy Vecs with Mary Elizabeth; The Goons; and more.

The after-show features Northeast Pennsylvania’s own All Day Special, a beach rock revival group that released their first studio album, Here We Are, in 2022.

High Tension Wrestling is a professional wrestling promotion that established in 2020 as Camp Leapfrog, before rebranding to their current name in 2022. HTW is known for their heavily themed professional wrestling productions such as their annual Christmas Trios event, a holiday-themed tournament.
